By booking through Follydays.co.uk you are bound by the terms and conditions laid out below with Follydays Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”).
Any references to the ‘Property’ are to the The Folly and Livery site, and any references to the ‘Livery’ are to the paddock where your horse will stay.


1. Before holidaying with your Horse with us

Use of the paddock is charged at £15 per day per horse.
Horses must be fully insured including public liability insurance for any damage they may cause.
Horses must have a passport and have annual Flu and Tetanus vaccinations in date – image of horse vaccinations must be sent to us prior to your arrival.
You warrant to us that your horse is in a state of good health and free from any infectious disease at the time of booking and during the time of their stay with you, and that your horse is of a reasonable demeanour and temperament.

2. Staying with your Horse at The Folly and paddock
Hats and suitable footwear must be worn when handling and riding horses on the Property.
You will be required to provide your own tack.
If it is necessary to call a veterinary surgeon, you will be liable for any such fees.
In the event that your Horse passes away during your stay, it will be your responsibility to organise and pay for its removal.
Use of the Livery is for use of the paddock only, there is no stabling available. Any hay needed may be available at an additional charge.

You may choose to ride on local country roads, and bridleways. All routes are ridden entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any incident, accident or injury occurring in such places.

Storage of your animals, tack, equipment and vehicles is entirely at your own risk and they remain your responsibility at all times. Any damages to the Property will be chargeable. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to or by your animals to anyone or anything either on or off our property.

Only those horses and guests booked to stay with us can be accommodated. Please inform us of any changes to horses and riders prior to arrival.
xii. Cancellations made within 30 days of stay will be charged at the full rate, as per our main booking terms and conditions (link here).
